Articles of Incorporation

The undersigned as incorporators of a corporation pursuant to chapter 617 of the Florida statutes, adopt the following Articles of Incorporation for such corporations.

ARTICLE 1

NAME, REGISTERED OFFICE, AGENT

The name of the corporation shall be Historic Ybor Neighborhood Civic Association, Inc. The principle address is 1911 East 5th Avenue, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida 33605, and the name of the registered agent is Joseph A. Howden.
