Tampa Historic Streetcar, Inc. (THS) will hold a public hearing on:

1201 East 7th Avenue (3rd floor), Tampa
The purpose of the open-house style hearing will be to give individuals and/or groups an opportunity to
present their view and comments regarding possible service and fare changes for the TECO Line Streetcar System.

Proposed Fare Changes - Fall 2008
Cash Fares Current Proposed
One-Way Cash Fare from $2.00 to $2.50
One-Way Cash Discount Fare* from $1.00 to $1.25
Fare Cards Current Proposed
1-Day Unlimited Ride from $4.00 to $4.75
1-Day Discount Unlimited Ride* from $2.00 to $2.25
20-Ride Streetcar Assessment Member from $20.00 to $25.00
Annual Unlimited Ride from $100.00 to $200.00
* Seniors, 65 years and older; Youth, 5 - 17 years; People with disabilities; and Medicare cardholders.
Adjustments are being proposed for the hours and frequency of streetcar service. The changes are proposed to meet budget goals as reflected in the business plan, increase efficiency during non-peak travel times and reduce operating costs. It is proposed that:
• Service would operate every 20 minutes from 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday thru Wednesday. Service currently runs every 15 minutes during this time.
• Service on Thursdays would end at 10:00 p.m., a reduction of one hour from the current 11:00 p.m. end time.
