Who are we?

We are residents, business owners, and friends of Historic Ybor.

What is our purpose?

The mission of the Historic Ybor Neighborhood Civic Association (HYNCA) is to provide an open forum for residents, property owners, and local businesses to address matters in a strong and unified manner; protect the integrity of Ybor City’s historic designation; preserve and enhance the culture, economy and well-being of the neighborhood; build partnerships with other organizations; and influence local government decisions on issues affecting Ybor City.

Where is Historic Ybor?

The neighborhood is the area between 22nd St. on the East, Nebraska Ave. on the West, I-4 on the North and Adamo Dr. on the South. (see map below).
